About Business Japanese Prep
Business Japanese Prep is online practice for people taking the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test, especially those aiming for 400 or 480 points for a visa (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities, Highly Skilled Professional) or a job. It is made by the team behind onSET Prep, a practice site for the onSET German test.
The question types and the section layout follow the BJT format described in the official brochure, but every document, dialogue, question and explanation is written by us. The audio is generated offline with speech synthesis (Kokoro).
Results are estimates from your share of correct answers. They tell you whether you look close to 400 or 480, not what your official score will be.
Independence
Business Japanese Prep is independent. It is not a product of the Japan Kanji Aptitude Testing Foundation, which runs the BJT, and is not endorsed or sponsored by it. “BJT” and “BJTビジネス日本語能力テスト” are registered trademarks of the Foundation. To register for the BJT, use Pearson VUE.
